At the end of March, the General Manager of KC Prime held negotiations on long-term cooperation with the management of a large shipping company with a fleet in the Azov and Black Sea basins. The transport company is interested in this region in transporting coal and fertilizer, which have a stable year-round demand, in order to replace grain transportation, which is seasonal. The parties agreed on long-term stable transportation of KC Prime coal and fertilizer by sea vessels in consecutive voyages, in order to possibly subsequently switch to work on a Time Charter.

According to the latest data, the consumption of imported coal in Turkey is distributed as follows: Electric Power Industry - 73.2%, Metallurgy - 5.5%, Industry and Public Utilities - 21.3%. Considering the high quality and technical indicators of Steam Coal supplied by KC Prime, the company's management decided to prioritize the supply of KC Prime coal for Industry and Public Utilities.

Thanks to its active presence in traditional coal supply markets, KC Prime has established logistics via sea and rail, making the new product available for delivery to various countries worldwide from the very beginning of 2026. Carbamide sales are expected to be very broad, spanning South Asia and Africa and European countries with developed agricultural sectors.

At the end of December, the General Manager of KC Prime held negotiations with representatives of a large multi-industry Consortium engaged in investments in various sectors of the economy of North Africa and the Sahel. Among the priority areas of work of this Consortium is the energy sector, in which several large projects are concentrated. For KC Prime, this market is interesting for the medium and long term, and an in-depth analysis is also required. Therefore, at the first stage, the managers agreed to exchange analytical information on a regular basis.

In mid-November, the General Manager of KC Prime held negotiations with representatives of a company that is implementing an innovative technology for converting coal dust into coal granules. This technology will allow KC Prime clients to use cheaper raw materials in the energy sector - coal dust, which is in excess in the warehouses of mining and trading companies. The parties agreed that KC Prime employees will explore the proposed technology in great detail and present it to their clients in order to increase the production profitability for them.
