At the end of December, the General Manager of KC Prime held negotiations with representatives of a large multi-industry Consortium engaged in investments in various sectors of the economy of North Africa and the Sahel. Among the priority areas of work of this Consortium is the energy sector, in which several large projects are concentrated. For KC Prime, this market is interesting for the medium and long term, and an in-depth analysis is also required. Therefore, at the first stage, the managers agreed to exchange analytical information on a regular basis.

In mid-November, the General Manager of KC Prime held negotiations with representatives of a company that is implementing an innovative technology for converting coal dust into coal granules. This technology will allow KC Prime clients to use cheaper raw materials in the energy sector - coal dust, which is in excess in the warehouses of mining and trading companies. The parties agreed that KC Prime employees will explore the proposed technology in great detail and present it to their clients in order to increase the production profitability for them.

In mid-October, KC Prime joined the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This makes the company a recognized member of the region's business community. Membership in the DCCI opens new business contacts and business expansion opportunities through the wide range of tools available to KC Prime. The DCCI organizes trade missions, exhibitions and business delegations, helping Dubai-based companies explore opportunities abroad, which aligns perfectly with KC Prime's development plans.

In mid-September, in Belgrade, the General Manager of KC Prime held a series of negotiations with major coal traders from Serbia. The possibility of coal supply by Sea and Rail transport in transit through the EU countries was discussed. The parties noted the consistently high quality of KC Prime coal, as well as compliance with delivery deadlines. The result of the negotiations was an agreement to begin KC Prime coal supplies to the Serbian coal market in 2026.

In August KC Prime management decided to begin supplying coarse coal with a fraction of 50-200 mm to Housing and Communal Services (HCS) enterprises from September 2025. Currently, KC Prime supplies coal with a fraction of 0-50 mm only to industrial enterprises. Additional coal supply to HCS companies is a new market sector for KC Prime. Previously, no attention was paid to this market sector because coal supplies to municipal enterprises are seasonal (September-December).

At the end of July the General Manager of KC Prime held negotiations in Tbilisi with potential partners - transport companies from Georgia and Azerbaijan. The purpose of these negotiations is to develop a route for delivering coal by rail to Turkey using the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars (BTK) railway line. Currently, coal supplies are carried out by sea. An alternative solution will allow KC Prime to optimize its logistics despite the fact that railway traffic along the BTK in winter is difficult due to weather conditions.

Coking coal is used for manufacturing of coke - the main source of carbon that is used for production of cast iron and steel, as well it is used as fuel in the foundry industry. The main characteristic of coking coal supplied by KC Prime is the smallest amount of impurities and high ductility. Our coking coal can be mixed with coal of other brands or can be used in its pure form. KC Prime is constantly monitoring the main technical parameters of products in accordance with the requirements of consumers.

PCI coal is used as an independent fuel or additives in metallurgical furnaces, steam boilers and other thermal units. Its use partially replaces blast furnace / metallurgical coke, and also reduces gas consumption in the production of steel in blast furnaces A special feature of PCI coal supplied by KC Prime is its unique composition: an average content of volatile substances (which does not require its mixing with other brands and allows it to be used in pure form), low ash content, phosphorus and sulfur.
