The KC Prime is a recognized supplier of coal to key markets all over the world. We supply solid fuels for industrial enterprises and municipal sector. Moreover, they are always well-timed. We also provide delivery services for the transportation of coal by water and rail.
In mid-March the General Manager of KC Prime held negotiations with a coal producer from Kazakhstan. The negotiations were initiated by the Kazakh side. Calculation of transportation costs for the delivery of coal from Kazakhstan to the MENA countries with which KC Prime works showed that the price would exceed the average market indicators and would be uncompetitive. Currently, there is a decline in global coal prices, so for now KC Prime does not see the possibility of supplying coal from Kazakhstan to the MENA countries.

At the end of February in Dubai the General Manager of KC Prime held several negotiations with major Chinese coal traders from Qingdao and Hong Kong. The coal supplies by Sea transport were discussed. The new potential partners noted their interest in purchasing coal from KC Prime, which is of high quality and agreed to continue KC Prime coal supplies to the Eastern ports of China in 2025.

In mid-January the General Manager of KC Prime held negotiation with representatives of the company - large coal trader in Vietnam. The main topic of negotiation was the development of logistics, including possible transport routes for coal supplies in 2025. For KC Prime entering the Vietnamese coal market will be an important geographic expansion to the East. Vietnam is a country with huge production capacity and is a major consumer of coal.

At the end of December, the General Manager of KC Prime held negotiations with representatives of a large multi-industry Consortium engaged in investments in various sectors of the economy of North Africa and the Sahel. Among the priority areas of work of this Consortium is the energy sector, in which several large projects are concentrated. For KC Prime, this market is interesting for the medium and long term, and an in-depth analysis is also required. Therefore, at the first stage, the managers agreed to exchange analytical information on a regular basis.

In mid-November, the General Manager of KC Prime held negotiations with representatives of a company that is implementing an innovative technology for converting coal dust into coal granules. This technology will allow KC Prime clients to use cheaper raw materials in the energy sector - coal dust, which is in excess in the warehouses of mining and trading companies. The parties agreed that KC Prime employees will explore the proposed technology in great detail and present it to their clients in order to increase the production profitability for them.

At the end of October, the General Manager of KC Prime held negotiations on long-term cooperation with the management of a large shipping company with a fleet in the Azov and Black Sea basins. The transport company is interested in this region in transporting coal, which has a stable year-round demand, in order to replace grain transportation, which is seasonal. The parties agreed on long-term stable transportation of KC Prime coal by sea vessels in consecutive voyages, in order to subsequently switch to work on a Time Charter.

Coking coal is used for manufacturing of coke - the main source of carbon that is used for production of cast iron and steel, as well it is used as fuel in the foundry industry. The main characteristic of coking coal supplied by KC Prime is the smallest amount of impurities and high ductility. Our coking coal can be mixed with coal of other brands or can be used in its pure form. KC Prime is constantly monitoring the main technical parameters of products in accordance with the requirements of consumers.
